At ART OF JIU JITSU, we stand by the quality of our premium training gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is free of any odors, hair, or signs of use.

  Ship Your Items

  Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
